Cocina Creativa


You will learn to make delicious Pintxos and tapas using traditional and exotic ingredients that give a modern spin on these small classic Spanish dishes.

 

3 hours (meal included)
Max. 15 people

You will learn hands on how to make the most surprising pintxo and tapa recipes.

Tapas and Pintxos that you will cook:

  • Seasonal gazpacho with prawn
  • Mató, sardines and plantain layers
  • Broken eggs with mushrooms and crunchy rocket
  • Porc secret marinated with sherry and smoked paprika with two textures of yuca
  • Coconut cake with orange, coconut ice cream and curry crumble

At the end of the course there will be a lunch / dinner accompanied by a good glass of wine.
