Ramen and soba
Learn to make your own ramen from scratch! This course will teach you the foundations of this japanese dish so you can recreate it

During this course we get up close and personal with the noodles, stock and toppings involved in ramen, you will be making everything from scratch and learning all about the different types and also make traditional soba noodles with dashi broth.
During this course:
- Shoyu ramen
- Soba noodles with dashi broth
At the end of the course there will be a meal accompanied by local wine.
