Pasta Fresca
In this workshop, you will learn from the most traditional to the most innovative Italian dishes. Pasta is such a versatile ingredient and there are so many amazing dishes you can make, in this course you will learn the basics, allowing your creativity to soar, making delicious dishes of such an iconic Mediterranean specialty.
This course will show you the basics of making pasta; pasta lunga, pasta ripiena, pasta colorata, lasagna… allowing you to create your own versions of this delicious dish!
You will be making these dishes:
- Ravioli stuffed with goat cheese with red pesto
- Veggie Lasaña with vegetales, funghi porcini and mozzarella
- Papardelle with pear and gorgonzola
At the end of the course there will be a meal accompanied by local wine.
