Basc cooking, famous for the quality of its products, is renown at an international level.
You will make the following dishes:
- Kabratxo fish cake (Spore)
- Piquillo peppers filled with beef
- Haye in Green sauce with spicy oil
- Pantxineta
At the end of the course there will be a meal accompanied by local wine.
