During this workshop, you will delve into Asian Street food, preparing dishes from various countries, transporting you to busy streets and exotic tastes and smells.
The dishes that you will make:
- TAIWAN Lan Jia Gua Bao With crispy pancetta and gelatine.
- CHINA Baozì Fried and filled with duck Pekin style.
- JAPAN Gyozas Filled with shrimp, ginger sesame and chives.
- FUSION Truffle Bao Filled with porcini and almond ajoblanco.
At the end of the course there will be a meal accompanied by local wine.
