Barcelona-Reykjavik, a travel to organic baking

Bread, indeed. Here, something you always need to have at home -never mind the type of meal- in Spain it’s one of the most important ingredients to have on the table, and this is why we have this great variety of breads and this much of bakeries. And, among them, an organic bakery: Barcelona-Reykjavik.

But, before this, we need to speak about bread: we love it. Pa de pagà¨s, pa de llenya, pa de coca, pa d’oli, pa de vidre, pa rústic, pa de flama,..all these are different breads, typical and traditional types, and in Barcelona-Reykjavik you’ll find not just the respect for this tradition, but the awareness for organic cereal and ingredients. If you care for the origin (of both tradition and ingredients), this is a place you can’t miss! There are three shops, one in Grà cia, one in Raval and one quite close to us, in el Born.
