[one_third]Ingredients
6 figs (Coll de dama catalan figs are amazing for this recipe)
100 g goat cheese

This recipe is quite more an idea than a recipe: the perfect match between a seasonal excellent product (our red, intense and amazingly tasty Coll de dama figs) and a really aromatic product from our mountains: goat cheese.
Preheat the oven grill up to 200ºC, or 380ºF.
Clean the figs and cut out the top, on a place where you have enough space to empty the fig but still have a nearly complete fig. Take a little spoon and empty carefully the fig, gently rubbing on the walls of it because they are really easy to break. Put the flesh on a bowl. In another bowl, crumble the goat cheese with a fork until you have a paste. Mix this paste with the fig and stuff carefully the figs with this mixture.
Arrange the figs on a baking tray, vertically, and broil in the oven, around 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starts to brown. Serve inmediately, as an appetizer or side dish, and just enjoy one of the best fruits from the season!!![/two_third_last]
